Policy Return/Exchange
Orders Disclaimer:
- Once Orders are dispatched you get 3 attempts to receive your order so make sure to answer the courier to receive your item on time.
- you may open the package upon delivery.
Exchange:
-Clothing purchased from forme can be exchanged for another size or color online as long as the garment is in perfect condition and we have stock in store.
-The maximum exchange period is 48 hours after confirmation of delivery. - Exchanges can take up to 14 days.
Return:
- we do not return or refund after the courier delivers the package.
- Item(s) purchased during sale are not eligible for returns.
- Please Note that in order to open the package please make sure to ask the courier if you would like to open it so that he may send us a request that we can approve which he will then allow you to open and try on the items.
- Incase of refunds will be transferred through any online platforms (instapay) we do not refund in cash.
- Incase of any returns or refunds this will take up to 2 weeks.
- we do not return shipping fees which means 90 egp for delivery and incase of return 90 egp for returns under any circumstances.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
